Care of Collected Whiskers
Cat whiskers should be kept cool and dry. Experienced collectors use skinny olive bottles,
fancy glass cigar tubes (El Producto tubes are preferred by the most serious collectors),
and even glassine stamp envelopes. Unless you intend to specialize in eye-whiskers you
should have a jar 4 to 6 inches in length for everyday collecting and have a backup
location in mind for the occassional mind-boggling eight incher.
